Built for brides ordering from abroad. Each step is confirmed in writing — design direction, measurements, payment milestones, QC, and shipping — as your dress moves forward.
Share your wedding date, delivery city and country, inspiration, and dress direction. Vi replies to all inquiries within 24 hours on WhatsApp. No payment is required to start the conversation.
Vi reviews your style, fit concerns, and timeline, then sends a written quote with design direction, payment milestones, and what is included.
Measurements can be confirmed three ways: a live WhatsApp video call with Vi, a local tailor or helper who sends numbers for Vi's review, or an in-person appointment at Vi's private studio in Ho Chi Minh City. Fabric is not cut until measurements are confirmed.
Your gown moves into production, with updates on structure, fabric, lace or beading, and finishing where applicable. Production takes a minimum of 6 weeks; most orders take 8–12 weeks depending on complexity.
Final QC photos or video are shared before final balance and dispatch.
After final balance, shipped orders are packed with tracking where available. Brides in Ho Chi Minh City can collect in person — try on, settle final payment, and take the dress home.
Transparent payment
Two milestones on your written quote. You review final QC before the last payment — not the other way around.
Production deposit
Typically 50% of the confirmed dress order value, unless confirmed otherwise in writing. Confirms your order and places it into the production schedule.
Balance + shipping
Final balance and any agreed shipping fees. Paid before dispatch for shipped orders, or settled at collection for Ho Chi Minh City pickup.

I grew up in a family of wedding dress makers. This craft runs through my parents and my extended family — it's what I knew before I ever studied it formally. I studied fashion design and business management before opening VI Dressmakers in Ho Chi Minh City. I review every brief before a written quote or deposit is discussed.
Each inquiry is reviewed before production moves forward. Design direction, measurements, timeline, payment milestones, and shipping plan are confirmed in writing first.
For international brides, we share progress updates and final QC photos or video for review before final balance and dispatch — so you can see your dress taking shape, even if you're not in Ho Chi Minh City.
